What is the rental period?
Our minimum period is 24hrs, therefore pick up and drop off times are the same. We only offer a half day rental on a Saturday which is from 9-2pm. Please see rates for costs.
Can we drop the bikes off on a Sunday?
No. We don't open Sundays. Weekend hire is pick up Sat and return Monday, where we offer a discounted rate for inconveniences (see rates).
Am I required to drop the bike back only from where I picked it up from?
No. We offer one way transfers from other major cities throughout Australia. This is an additional charge to the rental customer and covers costs associated with getting our bikes back to us in one piece! See rates for prices and drop off points.
Are all the rental bikes current models?
Generally yes, or just-superseded models. Our current rentals fleet consists of both 2008/2007 model HD's, which are defleeted and upgraded regularly.
What kind of licence is required?
Rental customers must hold a current unrestricted (over 250cc) motorcycle licence. For QLD residents the endorsment is R.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Customers under 25 years old are not permitted to hire one of our Motorcycles.
Do the bikes have any luggage accessories fitted to them?
Yes. All rental bikes come with saddlebags*, sissy bars and windshields. Windshields are removable upon request.

What extras are provided?
Morgan and Wacker includes the hire of an A.S.A approved helmet for both rider and passenger, the use of a genuine rainsuit for both rider and passenger and the extra advantage of unlimited kilometers! We do not hire out riding gear you must bring your own.
Do you deliver rental bikes to customers?
No. Due to the requirements of Harley-Davidson USA, all rental bikes must be handed over at our dealerships by qualified rentals personell.
Do you hire out a rider also?
No. Our bikes are specifically for customers with licences who will be riding the bike themselves.
Can we leave our luggage at your store?
Yes. We provide rental customers with a store room for excess luggage.
Are all the Motorcycles Insured?
Yes. Did you know that Morgan & Wacker has a Finance and Insurance department, located on the premises. All of our bikes have comprehensive, liability and collision insurance.
Do you require a Security Deposit?
Yes. We require a Visa or Mastercard capable of accepting $2000 as a security deposit. This is fully refundable on the return of the Motorcycle in an undamaged condition.
What types of credit card are acceptable for security deposit
We accept Visa or Mastercard. Security Deposits are NOT accepted on American Express or Diners
Do members of HOG receive any benefits?
Yes. Current Financial members of Harley Owners Group receive a 10% discount.
