In consideration for MORGAN & WACKER PTY LTD permitting the rider and passenger to ride any motorcycles for the purpose of demonstration of those motorcycles or for an other purpose, I do hereby agree to hold harmless and to indemnify MORGAN & WACKER PTY LTD, their officers, Employees and Dealers acting under instructions of any of the foregoing (hereinafter called the “indemnified parties”) from any and all liabilities incurred or suffered by reason of the negligence of myself and other persons associated with me or the negligence of MORGAN & WACKER PTY LTD, their Officers, Employees and Dealers while participating in demonstration rides of motorcycles.

In addition, I hereby release and relieve and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnified parties with respect to any and all claims of whatsoever nature, including particularly but not by way of limitation, all claims of traffic violation, property damage, personal injury, death or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in relation to participation in any riding of a motorcycle made available by MORGAN & WACKER PTY LTD.

I am 18 years of age or older and I hereby declare that I have the correct class of Licence to legally ride an R Class motorcycle.

Insurance Companies will not meet any claim arising out of –

Riding, driving or in control of any motor vehicle including motorcycles whilst under the influence of any drug or intoxicating liquor or in whose blood the concentration of alcohol is in excess of that permitted by law of the state or territory in which the vehicle is being used, as indicated by and analysis of the person’s breath or a blood alcohol test.

Consequentially, the driver, rider or person in control of the motor vehicle including motorcycles, if found to e under the influence of any drugs or intoxicating liquor, will be responsible for all cost and damages for the damage to property or injury including death.
